We take time to get to know you, your preferences and your routines, so support feels personal, not clinical or rushed.

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, so we keep things simple and clear. When you call us or request a care call-back using our quick form, we’ll ask for a few basics – whether it’s Aged Care or NDIS, where you’re located and what kind of help you’re hoping for. From there, we guide you through our QRC Care Approach – a straightforward, step-by-step way we get to know you, understand your needs and start putting the right support in place.
One of our team will call you to understand your needs, routines and funding. This is a friendly chat, not a test – you can ask as many questions as you like.
Together we will decide how often you want support and write this into a Service Agreement and Support Plan. The Agreement clearly contains your guaranteed rights, how to cancel services, fees for service. The Support Plan details what the carer will do on each shift.
You will meet our carers. You will receive a roster showing which carer will support you on which day. Managers will check in with you to make sure you are happy with our service.
